The Granite State Comicon returns to downtown Manchester September 21st and 22nd for two days of comic book and pop culture fun! This year’s event is so big that the convention is taking place at both the Doubletree by Hilton AND the SNHU Arena. The 2024 Granite State Comicon is celebrating 40 years of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles who were created by Kevin Eastman & Peter Laird in Dover NH! Kevin Eastman will be returning headlining the event along with a host of comic book creators who have worked on the turtles over the past 40 years including classic artists Steve Lavigne, Jim Lawson, Michael Dooney, and Eric Talbot as well as current creators including Ben Bishop, Tom Waltz, The Escorza Brothers, Fero Pe, Mateus Santolouco, Cory Smith, and many more! The Granite State Comicon will have one of the largest gatherings of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle artists in the world!
The 40th Anniversary celebration also includes cast members from the 1990 live action
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film who will be on hand for a screening of the film Saturday evening at the Rex Theatre. The live action cast is also being joined by the animated voices of the turtles who propelled the franchise to a global phenomenon in 1987!
The Granite State Comicon will also be welcoming celebrity guests including WWE Hall of
Famer Kevin Nash, John Rhys-Davies from Indiana Jones and The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, original Pink Power Ranger Amy Jo Johnson, and Cal Dodd the voice of Wolverine from X-Men: The Animated Series! The full list of guests can be found at granitecon.com
Between the two venues the Granite State Comicon also features a dedicated Kids Con, The Victory Condition Gaming Lounge, appearances from the Star Wars 501st, movie cars, makerspaces, panels, cosplay contest, after parties and more!
