“GIANT SIZE” GRANITE STATE COMICON RETURNS TO MANCHESTER SEPTEMBER 16TH, 17TH AND 18TH
The Granite State Comicon returns to the Doubletree by Hilton in downtown Manchester September 17th, 18th and 19th for a “Giant Size” 20th Anniversary Celebration! Founded in 2003 the Granite State Comicon has become NH’s comic book and pop culture convention featuring artists, vendors, cosplay, gaming, workshops, kids con and more!
This year the Granite State Comicon is proud to welcome back Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles co-creator Kevin Eastman to the state where the turtles were born! Mr. Eastman will be appearing with the entire creative team of the New York Times Best Selling TMNT series “The Last Ronin”. Turtle fans can also meet additional TMNT artists including Steve Lavigne, Jim Lawson, Ben Bishop, Ciro Nieli, Eric Talbot, Tom Waltz, Mateus Santolouco, and more as well as actress Judith Hoag who portrayed April O’Neil in the original live action movie!
Also appearing this year are WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley, Hocus Pocus actors Doug Jones, Tobias Jelinek, Larry Bagby, and Amanda Shepherd, Star Wars and Indiana Jones actor Julian Glover, voice actors Janet Varney, Greg Cipes, and Todd Haberkorn!
In addition to special guests, the Granite State Comicon is also known for cosplay with many attendees dressing up in costume and professional fan groups representing Star Wars, Pirates of the Caribbean, Disney Princesses, Ghostbusters and more!
