(Las Vegas) – - The 2nd annual Las Vegas Comic Expo (www.lasvegascomicexpo.com), a family-friendly event, will return to the Riviera Casino & Hotel on the World Famous Las Vegas Strip located at 2901 Las Vegas Boulevard South in Las Vegas on September 28-29, 2013.
Las Vegas Comic Expo will again unite the comic book and pop-culture community’s huge and diverse audience of fans, creators and retailers together in one of the most renowned and unforgettable cities in the U.S.
Charles Lee, organizer of Las Vegas Comic Expo, has proclaimed that “Las Vegas has widely been known as an ideal destination for conventions, and since last year, Vegas has proven to be a city capable of holding comic book and pop culture themed convention events.”
Las Vegas Comic Expo will again feature artist demonstrations, panel discussions and the always entertaining cosplay costume contest. Orlando, FL September 14, 2009 – The largest gathering of horror icons and celebrities is about to take place in Orlando, FL, and it’s hosted by Spooky Empire, Inc. An excellent show is in store once again! They’ve brought together a who’s who of macabre guests to appear at Spooky Empire’s Ultimate Horror Weekend, being held this year on October 9-11, 2009 at the Wyndham Orlando Resort on International Drive.
This year Spooky Empire is proud to announce special guest, Shannen Doherty, of the TV shows “Charmed”, “Scare Tactics” and of course “Beverly Hills, 90210″. Other major guests to appear are The Masters of Horror – John Landis “American Werewolf in London”, and Herschell Gordon Lewis “2,000 Maniacs”, plus actresses Adrienne Barbeau “The Fog”, Linda Blair “The Exorcist”, and Fairuza Balk from “The Craft”.
