The Great Philadelphia Comic Con is pleased to announce actors Nick Frost and Anson Mount will be attending our April 12-14th event!
Nick Frost is a actor and comedian who is known for his roles as the comedic relief of the Simon Pegg/Edgar Wright line of films such as Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World’s End. He has also appeared in British classics like Spaced, Black Books, and Doctor Who. His recent work includes the popular TV series, Into The Badlands and Sick Note with Harry Potter alum Rupert Grint. His latest film is Fighting With My Family co-starring Dwayne The Rock Johnson.
Anson portrayed Cullen Bohannon in the AMC western drama series Hell On Wheels. He was also cast in the role of Jim Steele on the short-lived NBC series Conviction and appeared in the film Tully in 2000. In 2017, he portrayed the Marvel superhero Black Bolt in Marvel’s Inhumans. Currently he can be seen in the recurring role as Captain Christopher Pike of the USS Enterprise in season 2 of Star Trek: Discovery.
