Meet creators and co-authors Jessica Steele-Sanders and Chris Sanders, Academy Award-nominated animation writer/director (Lilo & Stitch, How to Train Your Dragon, The Croods) appear at BookBar on Thursday November 9th at 4:00 PM and Friday, November 10th at 5:00 PM to celebrate their latest creation Rescue Sirens!
The Thursday event will be an all-ages reading of the water-resistant, fully-illustrated children’s storybook, “Rescue Sirens and the Great Fish Round-Up,” with Jessica dressed as Rescue Siren Nim in a beautiful mermaid tail from Merbella Studios. The next night, Friday, November 10th, Chris and Jessica will be reading selections from the YA novel, “Rescue Sirens: The Search for the Atavist,” after which they’ll be answering questions about the series and signing copies of the book.
