Kara Bodegón-Hikino will visit from the Philippines to share her fun new graphic novel, Squalo & Mage vs. the Rage of the Bakunawa, at Once Upon A Time Bookstore on Saturday, September 19th at 2pm. Kara will share about the story and some art and then be available to sign books. For a special treat, attendees will also get a taste from local Flilipina-owned ice cream store, Perlas. Best for ages 8+.
