Artist Mariel Kinuko Cartwright returns to Nucleus on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 5pm with a new exhibition of original ink drawings and paintings inspired by horror and femme fatales. She will be in attendance for a free signing and to greet fans.
Mariel Kinuko Cartwright is a Japanese American artist, animator, & game developer who has been in the industry for over 10 years. Cartwright is known most for her work on Skullgirls and Indivisible, gave a well-regarded talk on 2D animation at GDC 2014, and has worked on many other video games.
