Bonnie Wright is most known for her work as an actress playing Ginny Weasley in the Harry Potter films but has since stepped behind the camera. Directing shorts, commercials and music videos, with projects having premiered at Cannes and Tribeca Film Festival.
Bonnie is a passionate advocate for climate justice as an ambassador for Greenpeace. In 2022, she published her debut book, Go Gently: Actionable Steps to Nurture Yourself and the Planet with Harper Collins and Hachette. The book and her YouTube channel explore practical and tangible ways we can take action for our environment and community. She has created a passionate and engaged community around her go gently way of living with her 4 million followers.
Bonnie’s Go Gently TV show, co-hosted with Pattie Gonia, is airing in 2025. The show takes you on an unforgettable road trip along the West Coast of America as Bonnie and Pattie explore the magic of our natural world and the inspiring people working to protect it. Bonnie is currently working on a new book and a TV show for children.
