James Davies is a New-Zealand actor who portrayed Chase Randall, the Dino Charge Black Ranger of Power Rangers Dino Charge, Power Rangers Dino Super Charge, and Power Rangers Beast Morphers. He also voiced Spoil in the Halloween Special of Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel, Monster Mix-Up.
