First, the bad news. We know this will disappoint those of you who are traveling to San Diego to see Adam, but we have to cancel our appearance at SDCC this year. We don’t cancel often, and please believe us when we say we don’t make these decisions lightly.
But, the good news is that Adam will be participating in SDCCAH! – San Diego Comic Con at Home! We will have new art for sale and we’ll be offering up a selection of prints both new and old. Which means that people at San Diego and NOT at San Diego will have a chance to buy merch and have it shipped directly to your homes ANYWHERE. Yup- International too! And you can look forward to Adam doing some live sketching here on the Facebook page, which will then be made available to SDCCAH! participants. No admission fee. No standing in line. No hotel reservations. You don’t even have to leave your couch!
For those signature and head sketch hunters out there, we’ve made special arrangements with CGC. Just bring the books that you had planned on having signed and graded to the CGC booth and drop them off on site at the convention. Adam and Allison will be heading to the Top Secret CGC headquarters in September to sign and do a limited number of head sketches. Allison will even be offering coloring on said head sketches! All of you fine folks in San Diego, checking into your hotels and collecting your badges will have some fun to look forward to from the comfort of your hotel rooms, while the rest of us raid the ‘fridge, get comfy in our sweatpants, and prepare for a week of online fun.
