- ABOUT BABS TARR
Barbara (aka Babs) grew up in the sunny and beautiful Charleston, SC. She attended the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, MD where she received her BFA in Illustration. She is a freelance comic book artist who has worked for DC Comics and Image Comics and is best known for her work on Batgirl as well as for her Japanese-influenced fan art.
