Anime Boston, the largest anime convention in New England, announced Yukana will be appearing at Anime Boston at the Hynes Convention Center, Boston, Mass, on March 29 through 31, 2024. Plus musical guests Lotus Juice and Raj Ramayya will have a concert on Saturday.
Yukana is a voice actress from Chiba, Japan. With over 30 years of experience, she is best known for anime roles like C.C. from “Code Geass,” Teletha “Tessa” Testarossa from “Full Metal Panic!,” Ai Nanasaki from “Amagami SS,” Cecilia Alcott from “Infinite Stratos,” and more. In video games, she has voiced Tear Grants from Tales of the Abyss and others. Additionally, she has recorded narration, TV commercials, theme songs and character songs, tokusatsu dubbing, and drama CDs.
Lotus Juice is an acclaimed Japanese musician famous for pioneering rap in anime and video game music. He is well-known for blending elements of 90s hip-hop, J-pop, and other genres. He has worked with ATLUS Japan’s Shoji Meguro on the song “Mass Destruction” and other tracks from Persona 3, and he has also collaborated with Taku Iwasaki. He has traveled internationally, performing at anime and video game conventions. He is currently working on his third album.
Raj Ramayya is an award-winning singer, songwriter, composer, and producer best known for his work on anime such as “Cowboy Bebop,” “Ghost in the Shell,” “Wolf’s Rain,” “Made in Abyss,” and “Tower of God” and games such as Resident Evil, Tekken, and Shenmue. Collaborating with distinguished artists such as Yoko Kanno, Kevin Penkin, and more, Ramayya has released Billboard- and iTunes-charting hits and has been featured in over 1,000 songs for companies such as Sega, Disney, and more.
