Flameo, hotmen! It’s Avatar Day! We are not celebrating by boiling Aang in oil but announcing artist Peter Wartman will join us for Wicked Comic Con on August 10-11, 2024 at the Westin Boston Seaport!
Peter is a cartoonist and illustrator from Minneapolis and definitely not a robot. He is currently working as the artist on the Avatar: The Last Airbender graphic novels with writer Faith Erin Hicks. His past work includes his debut, creator-owned graphic novel, Over the Wall, and its sequel, Stonebreaker, both of which were published by Uncivilized Books. He has also done work as a writer, most recently writing the NY Times Best Selling Dragon Prince: Through the Moon with artist Xanthe Bouma.
