Help us celebrate the release of I am Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the next installment in the wildly popular Ordinary People Change the World series. This is a FREE event, but registration is required for all attendees. Presented by A Likely Story Bookstore and Carroll County Public Library. Books will be available for purchase and signing.
