The city of Dover, NH will commemorate the birthplace of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with the unveiling of a decorative manhole cover on Union Street on Wednesday, November 8th at 11:30am. Co-creator Kevin Eastman will be on hand for the occasion.
