The Stash is bringing the Joe Kubert School to you at
65 Broad Street in Red Bank, NJ!
On Saturday, November 4, 2023, artists from The Joe Kubert School of cartoon and graphic art will be setting up at the Stash for a day of live drawing.
No tickets necessary. It’s 100% free to come by and meet the artists and watch them do their magic with paper and inks.
Some artists will offer the opportunity for a commission or will be selling some of their art throughout the day. For those of us who cherish owning original art and art collecting, you can work out the terms of payment with each of the artists when you visit.
Featuring:
Anthony Marques, President of the Kubert School (and alum!), who worked on Batman, Green Hornet, and Ghostbusters, and Tom Mandrake whose work you know from Martian Manhunter and The Spectre.
Additionally, a complement of students – or should we say future comics art superstars – will also be there sketching for the day.
