MICE 2023 is coming up fast and we would love you to join the team!
Love MICE and want to be close to the action? Join us this year as a volunteer! MICE prides itself on being warm and welcoming to all of its attendees and exhibitors- and we rely on our volunteers to be the friendly face of the show.
We have opportunities throughout the weekend for you to help out in any area that sparks your interest, such as:
- Setup and breakdown
- Lobby greeter
- Info desk attendant
- Show floor attendant
- Reception attendant
- Panel assistant
- Poster street team
Please be reminded that we require volunteers to attend at least one orientation date. We will be holding orientation sessions in the weeks leading up to MICE.
Shifts are 2 hours, so you can volunteer for as little or as much of the weekend as you choose. We hope to hear from you soon!
