Join us on Saturday April 15th for the very first Forbidden Planet Indie Creator Spotlight with local comic artist/writer Mahdi Khene. Mahdi has been unleashing an insane amount of self published minis under his Zuperhero Comics brand. If you are not familiar with his work, don’t worry we will have mounds of his comics on hand to catch you up. No matter what genre you are into, Khene has conquered it. His Zuperhero presents one shots cover everything from caped crusaders, horrid spook shows, dark noir, and more. If you are looking for an ongoing epic dive head first into the action packed Steel Streets series. If you are a Mahdi fanatic we got you covered as well, the newest issue of Steel Streets will be making its debut right here on April 15th! Did I mention this event goes from 1PM to 7PM? That’s right, six whole hours! So come by and meet one of the industry’s up and comers, watch him do his thing, and maybe buy him lunch… he’s gonna need to eat at some point during that long haul!
