This weekend I attended “UniCon 2021”, in Riga, Latvia, which is the biggest Comic-Con style event in the Baltics (i.e. Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania).
The event is over two days, August 21 & 22, 2021. I just attended the first day for a few hours before we had to head back to Tallinn.
The event was really cool, including shops, stall, local artists, cosplay competitions & k-pop competitions plus retro and e-sports. The event is volunteer organized and I think they did a great job of holding an event in any circumstance, let alone in such difficult current times.
