Cartoon Art Museum Hosts 1st Annual Scrawl-O-Ween


The Cartoon Art Museum is proud to announce its first annual October drawing event, Scrawl-O-Ween! This spook-tacular challenge fundraiser features 31 talented cartoonists illustrating 31 Halloween-themed drawing prompts all throughout October!

Featured artists include Jamaica Dyer (Weird Fishes), Brian Fies (A Fire Story), Brad Rader (Batman: The Animated Series), Andy Ristaino (Adventure Time), Sam Viviano (MAD Magazine), and Judd Winick (Hilo), but ALL cartoonists of all skill levels are invited to participate! Use the hashtag #scrawloween and join us on Twitter at @cartoonart and on Instagram and Facebook at @cartoonartmuseum to join in the fun!

Each official drawing from an artist selected by the Cartoon Art Museum will be available as a high-resolution download for $5 to the Cartoon Art Museum! Make a $100 donation and get digital versions of all 31 illustrations!

Select original artwork from this event will be auctioned off on the Cartoon Art Museum’s eBay page at the end of the month as part of our Shelter-in-Place Auction. The Cartoon Art Museum will give one Individual level membership away each day to those who use the hashtag #scrawloween and tag us on Twitter, Instagram or FB.
