| About This Convention | |
| For decades, the “comic book show”, turned “comic con” turned “pop culture con” has gone through countless iterations and interpretations. The days of rifling through bins, wheeling and dealing, talking shop and meeting comic collectors has become harder and harder to find.
Now don’t get us wrong, there are some great events in our great state. Garden State Comic Fest, Zapp ComicCon, C.H.U.D., East Coast ComicCon, Big Apple Con, Wayne Comic Expo and others are some great examples of comic book-centric events that stick to the great formula. We love these shows and with our experience in this world as well as the success of Middletown Comic Show, our free Fall event…we’re hoping to become a big part of the Northeast’s convention scene in the coming years. Super Jersey Comic Expo is meant to be a compliment to these wonderful events and will take place in a state-of-the-art, yet historic building known as Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ! Our show will focus as much on comic books as possible, with little to no filler needed. Dealers, vendors, artists and guest that are involved in comics and the culture around it somehow. You will not find insurance companies, cell phone providers and frozen meat distributors at our event. |
