Written and directed by Oscar winner Roger Avary (“Pulp Fiction,” “Killing Zoe”), “Lucky Day” follows fresh out-of-prison, safe-cracker Red (Luke Bracey) as he rejoins his wife (Nina Dobrev) and daughter, and vows to go straight. But a psychotic French hit-man Luc (Crispin Glover) has also come to town, seeking revenge against Red for the death of Luc’s brother — leading to a very unlucky showdown.
