Cartoonist Eli Beaird, creator of the manga comic Action Land, appears at the Charles M. Schulz Museum on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 1 PM. Eli Beaird has been making art since he was three years old and creates stories based on his life experiences. Action Land is a story about a young artist named Fran, who works at her local theme park where the customer’s problems are monsters and Fran’s art is her sword. Beaird also created the manga comic Alien 101 and did the artwork for Dog of the Dead, written by Maxwell Shepherd.
