Award-winning author Neil Gaiman (Sandman, American Gods, Coraline) surprised fans during New York Comic Con at “The End Is Nigh” exhibit celebrating the upcoming release of GOOD OMENS from Amazon Prime Video, an adaptation of his novel of the same title co-authored with the late Terry Pratchett.
Upon entering the booth, Con-goers were escorted an undisclosed location via a peculiar elevator, detailing their fate between good and evil. Some visitors were fortunate enough to be let into “Heaven,” while other ill-fated guests had to make their way into “Hell.” However, both groups were lucky enough to be greeted by Gaiman himself on the other side. One of the mega-fans who found herself in the right place at the right time had even read all of Gaiman’s books upwards of seven times.
