
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar presents his lecture, “Becoming Kareem,” on Sunday, September 30, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Wilkes University’s McHale Athletic Center. This event was originally scheduled for Sunday, April 29, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., but was rescheduled by Mr. Abdul-Jabbar.
About the event: Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Basketball Hall of Fame center, The New York Times best-selling author, U.S. Cultural Ambassador, actor, filmmaker, magazine columnist, community activist, philanthropist, and Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient will present a moderated lecture, “Becoming Kareem,” as part of the Max Rosenn Lecture series at 2 PM on Sunday, April 29 in the McHale Athletic Center on Wilkes University’s campus. The lecture is free and open to the public, but registration is strongly recommended due to demand.
