Minnie Phan, illustrator, cartoonist, and all around busy bee located in Oakland, CA, appears at the Schulz Museum on Saturday, September 8 at 1 PM. Phan graduated from the California College of the Arts in Illustration and enjoys making colorful pictures with whimsy.
