Doctor Who fans, rejoice! Because you’ve demanded them, we’re bringing to Boston Comic Con 2016 two of the most popular companions in the Doctor’s history: KAREN GILLAN and JENNA COLEMAN! This is sure to be an event that no Whovian will want to miss. They will each appear on Saturday August 13th and Sunday August 14th to sit on Q&A panels, sign autographs, and pose for photos with fans.
Jenna Coleman is an English actress best known for her role as Clara Oswald in television series Doctor Who. Marvel comics fans will also recall Jenna as Bucky’s girlfriend in the hit film Captain America: The First Avenger. She can next be seen in the upcoming television drama Victoria as Queen Victoria and the film Me Before You.
Karen Gillan is a Scottish actress best known for her roles as Amy Pond in the popular BBC series Doctor Who and as the female villain Nebula in the Marvel movie Guardians of the Galaxy. Her other credits include the lead role in the horror film Oculus, lead character in the ABC TV series Selfie, Not Another Happy Ending, and The Big Short.
