Skybound Returns To Long Beach Comic Con
7th Annual Southern California Event Welcomes Back The Creators of The Walking Dead, Invincible & More!
Long Beach, CA (August 25, 2015) – Long Beach Comic Con is excited to welcome back Robert Kirkman’s Skybound Entertainment, to our 2015 event taking place September 12th and 13th at the Long Beach Convention Center. Skybound will be setting up shop among LBCC’s veritable sea of diverse geek-tastic exhibitors, bringing all the comics, collectibles, trades and exclusive items you can handle. You’ll also enjoy the opportunity to check out SUPERFIGHT, Skybound’s card game of absurd arguments.
SUPERFIGHT pits ridiculous made up characters against each other on a hypothetical battlefield. Cards are drawn to establish strengths and weaknesses, but the real game starts when players get a chance to argue with each other and express why their character would trounce their opponent, with the rest of the table deciding who wins the day and who goes back to their secret skull mountain to cry to their minions. Fans visiting Long Beach Comic Con can get their hands on the SUPERFIGHT core deck and any of its nine expansions, where the real challenge is to not get addicted!
Skybound’s comic book universes of super powered beings, supernatural creatures and ordinary people surviving in extra ordinary circumstances are a perfect fit for Long Beach Comic Con, joining exhibitors like Hero Initiative, Storm King Productions, Man of Action, The Hillywood Show, SGX Print and Comiccraft, providing fans with a convention floor full of talented people and amazing items to be discovered around every corner.
