| About This Convention |
|
The Free State Comicon is an “old-fashioned” comic book convention, primarily focused on comic books, those who write, draw, and otherwise create comic books. The show is interested in fostering the many newer artists and writers who self-produce, self-publish, or create webcomics, and of course the rich body of talent that is the Kansas City comic book creator community. This will be the 8th year for this annual convention, which takes place in Lawrence, Kansas. |
