Comic-Con International is pleased to announce that because of returned/cancelled badges we will once again be able to offer those badges for resale. This year we have also reduced the allotment of reserved badges for certain departments. Comic-Con has decided to add these badges to the resale for our attendees. We currently have several thousand single day badges available for resale, only 3,100 of which are Saturday badges. 4-Day badges are sold out.
NO PURCHASE NECESSSARY. The Comic-Con International Resale Drawing (“Drawing”) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, age 13 or older at the time of entry, that have been assigned a Comic-Con Member ID as of 05:30:00 PM PDT on 06/07/13, and that have not already registered for or purchased a 4-Day badge (with or without Preview Night) or a single day Saturday badge (“Eligible Members”). Promotion begins at 11:00:01 AM PDT on 06/10/13 and ends at 10:59:59 AM PDT on 06/12/13 (“Entry Period”). Void where prohibited by law. At the start of the Entry Period, all individuals with a confirmed Comic-Con Member ID will be sent an invitation via email with instructions to log in to their account at https://secure2.comic-con.org/memberid/ during the Entry Period to check their eligibility and to participate in the Drawing. Eligible Members must complete the registration form in its entirety and submit (“Entry”). Limit: one (1) Entry per Eligible Member. On or around 06/13/13, an independent judging organization appointed by Sponsor will select, in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received during the Entry Period, ten thousand (10,000) Eligible Members to be eligible to participate in a Comic Con International 2013 badge resale opportunity (“Resale Participants”) to be held at a time and date to be determined by Sponsor (“Resale Opportunity”). Time and date of Resale Opportunity will be included in initial notice to Resale Participants. Resale Participants are not guaranteed the ability to purchase a badge(s). There will be a limited number of single day badges available for purchase during the Resale Opportunity; the number of badges available for purchase will be determined by Sponsor prior to the start of the Resale Opportunity. Selected Resale Participants will be sent instructions via email prior to the date of the Resale Opportunity on how and when to participate in the Resale Opportunity. Badges will be available for purchase while supplies last for each type of badge available; there may be more Resale Participants than there are badges available for purchase. Badges purchased during the Resale Opportunity are non-refundable and non-transferable. Resale Participants must read the Comic-Con badge purchase terms and conditions carefully before purchasing. Badge purchase is subject to any terms or rules associated with the Resale Opportunity. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to computer equipment related to participating in this promotion. Employees, board members and committee members of San Diego Comic Convention (“Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate.
