Starting at 9:00 am on January 15 colored wristbands will distributed with the purchase of Captain Underpants and the Revolting Revenge of the Radioactive Robo-Boxers, to determine line placement. Line-up will start at 2:30 pm. Photos are allowed. Please do not bring memorabilia to be signed
