NYC – Storm #1 Signing

jhu

Press Release:

JHU Comic Books is proud to welcome back the mega-talented writer Greg Pak back to our store! He’s done amazing things for years, resuscitating characters, giving new lives to books, reinventing what you thought was possible and making us believe in characters we thought we lost it for.

His run on Action Comics with Aaron Kuder has been stellar, and we all know how awesome his Planet Hulk saga was. He’s made Turok exist in a new and interesting world, as well as given us some great tales with Batman and Superman.

Greg Pak is now bringing his talents back over to Marvel Comics for a new ongoing Storm series, featuring the much beloved, white-haired, African weather goddess.

Come join us for a great signing with Greg and meet a fan favorite legend!

*Purchase of Storm #1 required to participate in signing event.

On Storm # 1:

“Thief. Goddess. Headmistress. Queen. The X-Man called STORM has always defied a single title. And her desire to better the world has never been limited to only her own kind. On a mission to foster goodwill and safeguard the mutant race’s continued existence in her own way, Storm will travel the globe, confronting man and mutant, god and monster and everything in-between. She will overthrow tyrants, quell tsunamis and strive to see her dream for the world realized. She is STORM, a hero like no other….and the skies will tremble at the sight of their namesake.”
