He began penciling full-time in 1993 and his body of work includes lengthy runs on FirestormNightwing, and Supergirl at DC. More recently, Igle took on the role of Vice President of Marketing at Action Lab Entertainment, where he published his Molly Danger and Venture titles. His work in AHOY Comics’ Wrong Earth debuts in September, 2018, and his Jughead: The Hunger variant covers can be seen in Archie Comics.

Writers from the STAR WARS universe – among them Cecil Castellucci (MOVING TARGET: A PRINCESS LEIA ADVENTURE), legendary artist Michael Golden (who also wrote the recent STAR WARS #38), Chris Thorne (TOPPS’ STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI TRADING CARDS) and Kevin Wetmore (EMPIRE TRIUMPHANT: RACE, RELIGION AND REBELLION IN THE STAR WARS FILMS) – join Fanbase Press Editorials Manager Michelle Brittany for a wide-ranging discussion.

SF – SF Sketchfest Salute to Better Things

SF Sketchfest is proud to salute Pamela Adlon and her amazing FX show “Better Things” with an in-person conversation & clips with Adlon and cast members Diedrich Bader (Rich), Greg Cromer (Jeff), Lucy Davis (Macy), and Rebecca Metz (Tressa), moderated by Kevin Pollak (who also plays her brother Marion on the show), at the Marines Memorial Theatre on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 4:00 PM.

Better Things centers on Sam Fox (Pamela Adlon), a single, working actor with no filter raising her three daughters, Max (Mikey Madison), Frankie (Hannah Alligood) and Duke (Olivia Edward) in Los Angeles. She’s mom, dad, referee and the cops. Sam also watches out for her mother, Phil (Celia Imrie), an English expatriate who lives across the street. Sam is flawed and fierce with her love for her daughters, and her own mother as well, sometimes heaping the love on when she feels guilty. Sam’s just trying to earn a living, navigate her daughters’ lives, have fun with a friend or two and also — just maybe — squeeze in some private time once in awhile.
