We are happy to announce that THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 2 will be the opening panel in Hall H at ComicCon® International in San Diego on Thursday, July 12, 2012. Summit Entertainment will present a sneak peek at the highly anticipated conclusion of The Twilight Saga films. This is a must-see for fans interested in the story’s final chapter, who will be shown exclusive footage from THE TWILIGHT SAGA BREAKING DAWN – PART 2 and treated to a cast and filmmaker Q&A session providing details on the epic finale. Summit Entertainment Bringing Twilight and More to SDCC 2011

Los Angeles, CA June 13, 2011 – For the fourth year in a row, Summit Entertainment will provide the Comic-Con® International audience with a unique, interactive booth experience featuring films from the studio’s upcoming slate, including an action adventure update of the beloved THE THREE MUSKETEERS, the alien invasion thriller THE DARKEST HOUR with effects from visionary filmmaker Timur Bekmambetov, and the highly anticipated THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN – PART 1.

Those who stop by will be able to speak live via phone with select actors and filmmakers from Summit films, as well as participate in contests and giveaways. The authors of three novels that Summit Entertainment is bringing to life on the big screen will also complete autograph signings at the booth.

• Erin Morgenstern is the author of NIGHT CIRCUS, a novel about 19th century teenage illusionists.
• Isaac Marion is the author of WARM BODIES, in which an existentially tormented zombie begins an unlikely romance with the girlfriend of one of his victims. Jonathan Levine is attached to direct, with Nicholas Hoult (X-MEN: FIRST CLASS) and Teresa Palmer (I AM NUMBER FOUR) attached to star.
• Veronica Roth is the 22-year-old author of DIVERGENT, which launched on the New York Times best-seller list. In the dystopic future of DIVERGENT, society is divided into five factions, each dedicated to a particular virtue: honesty, selflessness, bravery, peacefulness, or intelligence.

In addition to Summit’s booth presence at Comic-Con®, the studio will also host one of the first panels of the day in Hall H on Thursday, July 21st dedicated to THE TWILIGHT SAGA franchise. Los Angeles, CA July 7, 2010 – Summit Entertainment, which impacted Comic-Con for the past two years when it introduced thousands to THE TWLIGHT SAGA cast in San Diego, will be doing it again by bringing two of the most anticipated actions films, RED and DRIVE ANGRY 3D, to this year’s convention. Summit will provide a first ever look at exclusive footage as well as cast and filmmaker during panels on Thursday, July 22nd and Friday, July 23rd in Hall H.

Thursday, July 22, 2010 – 2:15pm – 3:15pm – Hall H:

RED – Stars Bruce Willis, Helen Mirren, Karl Urban, and Mary Louise Parker join director Robert Schwentke and Red’s graphic novel writer Warren Ellis as they debut the final trailer exclusively to Comic-Con 2010, before it’s ever in theaters, and answer questions about bringing this well known D.C. Comics graphic novel to the big screen. Based on the graphic novel by Ellis, Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich and Helen Mirren star in this explosive action-comedy in which former CIA top agents become the Agency’s top targets because of the secrets they know.

Friday, July 23, 2010 – 10:30am – 11:00am – Hall H:

DRIVE ANGRY 3D – In a Comic-Con exclusive, stars of the film including Nicolas Cage and Amber Heard as well as director Patrick Lussier will debut footage from the high-octane, blood-spattered road trip through hell. In this newest action horror shot in 3D, a vengeful father hunts down the people who brutally killed his daughter and kidnapped her baby.

In addition to the exciting panels, Summit Entertainment will once again have a booth set up in the Grand Hall at Comic-Con where the studio will showcase titles from its upcoming slate. Los Angeles, CA July 14, 2009 – Summit Entertainment will treat attendees of Comic-Con 2009 to a one-of-a-kind look at three of its upcoming films, featuring revealing cast and filmmaker panels and exclusive footage on Thursday, July 23. Among the fan-friendly attractions are sneak peeks at upcoming releases including ASTRO BOY, SORORITY ROW and THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON, the highly-anticipated sequel to its blockbuster vampire romance.

Panel presentations, featuring exclusive footage from each film, will take place at the San Diego Convention Center from 1:45-2:45 for THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON in Hall H.

THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON – The highly anticipated sequel to last year’s box-office smash TWILIGHT is the subject of a question-and-answer session featuring surprise members of the cast. In anticipation of being one of the convention’s most talked-about events, the panel will also thrill the crowd with a first look at never-before-seen footage from the film. With THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON, Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan) and Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen) return in a captivating new chapter of the action epic that has enthralled audiences around the world.

Special Evening TWILIGHT Screenings
Summit is also proud to present “The Twilight Experience,” a one-night-only special theatrical re-release of global sensation TWILIGHT, featuring an introduction by cast members.

Screening tickets are $10 and can only be purchased online at Fandango (www.fandango.com) and picked up at the theater prior to the event. Multiple staggered showings of TWILIGHT will take place at the Pacific Gaslamp 15. Doors open at 5:30 and fans with tickets will be admitted on a first-come, first-seated basis. The Pacific Gaslamp 15 is located at 701 5th Ave., just a few blocks from the Convention Center. Two tickets per person limit.

Photo Booth, Giveaways and More!
Throughout the convention, visitors to the Summit Entertainment booth in the Grand Hall will have the opportunity to have their pictures taken in an exclusive THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON photo booth and collect special edition trading cards for the film.
