It is the return of the Philadelphia Comic-Con on Sunday March 20th. This comic book convention is held at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center located at 76 Industrial Highway (Route 291) in Essington, PA 19029. The hotel is conveniently located between exit 8 and 9A off of I-95. It is also close to I-76, I-476 and most bridges from New Jersey. Show hours are 10 AM to 4 PM. Admission is only $3 per person. Students of any age (including college) are admitted free with a current id. Parking is also free on premises. For those of you that do not drive Septa Bus Route 37 stops directly in front of the hotel.
It is quite a site to behold with 60+ tables at the show in the 4,500 square foot ballroom of the hotel. Dealers from 5 states setup there selling, buying and even trading with collectors. Thousands and thousands of comic books from the 1940’s to present day will be for sale at the show. Also available will be collecting supplies, graphic novels, action figures, statues, non-sportcards, gaming cards, dvd’s and original artwork. The show has become a fan favorite for years with people travelling up to 3 hours one way just to shop at the show.
Special guest artists this show are Paris Cullins (creator of DC’s Blue Devil), Ron Wilson who had worked on over 20 different Marvel Comics titles in the 1970’s and Bob Petrecca who has drawn Batman and a whole host of other characters for DC Comics.

Once again the folks at the Jersey Shore Comic Book Show will be hosting another GREAT show on Sunday, November 15, 2015 from 10am to 4pm at the Toms River Elks Lodge in Toms River, New Jersey. This promises to be our biggest show yet! A Walking Dead films production in association with Scream HQ presents “100 Acres of Hell”…Attending the con is CEO of Walking Dead Films, Jason Koerner, co-founder and partner, Ed McKeever and Jay Lee who is the director of the film also directed “Zombie Strippers” and “Alyce Kills” as well as some crew members and stars of the film. Also appearing will be former WWE Superstars Samu Anoa’i and Gene “SNITSKY” Snisky. Also joining us will be the North Jersey Ghostbusters and the 501st Legion. MAC the cat will also be there! We will be featuring over 20+ guest artists, writers and creators of comics and over 50+ Vendors offering up comics, non-sport cards, toys, pop-culture, anime, steam-punk, collectibles and so much MORE!! So…get an early start on Christmas shopping! Original Art-Work makes a great gift, not to mention rare comics or a hard to find collectible. Come out and join us for another great show at the Jersey Shore on Sunday, July 19, 2015. This show will be held at the Elks Lodge in Toms River, NJ from 10 am to 4 pm. We will be featuring over 20+ guest artists, writers and creators of comics. We will also have more than 30 vendors and dealers with comics from the golden age to present, as well as non-sport cards, toys, action figures, comic crafts and collectibles. Also on hand will be the New Jersey Ghostbusters and the 501st Legion, always a BIG hit with kids and adults. Appearing for the first time will be the 405th HALO costume group. Vendor/Dealer tables still available, as well as Artist tables, but they are going FAST. Paris is now working on “WWE Superstars” written by ex-wrestler and fan favorite Mick Foley. Paris will be available all during show hours too for sketches and signatures.

That’s right, Jersey Shore Comic Book Show will be hosting a CABIN FEVER COMIC BOOK “Oscar” SHOW to be held on Sunday March 2, 2014 at the Knights of Columbus Hall located at 15 East Lacey Road in Forked River, New Jersey, from 10am to 4pm ! Guest Artists will be: Neil Vokes, Howard Bender, David Hardy, “The Janimal” Jan Marc Quisumbing, Paris Cullins (Blue Devil), Michael Grassia, Edward Dippolito, Emilio Velez, Jr. Plus Marvel Comics colorist Tom Smith and writer Bryan J.L. Glass (Thor). Also appearing will be GI Joe cosplay outfit, The Civil Defense 13th Mobile Infantry Division, as well as Star Wars cosplay outfit, The Mandalorian Mercs, both to be a sure hit with kids of all ages! Special guest artists this show are Paris Cullins, Samuel Guerrero, Darren Auck and Laura Inglis. Paris is a local legend who’s best known for his body of work for DC Comics in the 1980’s and 90’s. Titles he strongly contributed to include Green Lantern, Blue Beetle and Blue Devil. Samuel is A digital illustrator who is the head of Engine 9 Studios. Darren has worked for all major publishers including Marvel and DC Comics. For many issues Darren was the artist for the “Ren and Stimpy” comic book series by Marvel Comics. Laura is a prolific artist who has contributed to over 20 different trading card series including the new Batman The Legend and Superman The Legend both published by Cryptozoic Entertainment.
Weather permitting on site will be a full size and highly detailed replica of the 1966 TV show Batmobile. Tony Alexander from Gothamsupercar.com has been traveling the country with his car and has chosen our show for his Philadelphia area debut. Fans will be able to sit in the car and have their photos taken.
