Comic art legend Neal Adams is coming to Lee’s Comics this Friday! Neal entered the field of comics illustration in the 1960s, and changed the look of comic books forever. He is acclaimed for his signature runs on Deadman, Green Lantern/Green Arrow, Batman, Avengers, X-Men and many other titles. Recently Neal returned to Marvel and DC with ground-breaking new works: “The First X-Men”, and “Batman: Odyssey.” Neal will be joined for the signing by his talented son Josh Adams, artist on IDW’s Doctor Who.
Neal will be offering a free signature on your favorite item, and free signatures on Prints and other items brought in from NealAdams.com. There will be a $10 fee for additional signatures.
We will have a CGC witness on hand in case you want to have books signed graded and submitted. There are additional fees for this service. We will also be offering our own Certificate of Authenticity for a small fee.

NEW YORK and ST. LOUIS, March 11, 2013 – A robust selection of Q&A sessions with celebrities and superstar artists, comics industry and pop culture discussions, evening parties, costume contests and more highlight the panel room programming offerings at the inaugural Wizard World St. Louis Comic Con, March 22-24 at America’s Center. Legend Stan Lee, “The Walking Dead” star Laurie Holden and Harry Potter’s Tom Felton are among the top celebrities conducting panels; Neal Adams, Michael Golden, Chris Samnee and numerous other creators will interact with fans for a full lineup of comic programming including workshops and comic craft panels; and Sunday features a full slate of fun for the kids.
Compelling sessions focusing on various aspects of the comics and film industries dominate Friday sessions, with film making (4 p.m.), Steampunk (5 p.m.), artists Samnee and Freddie Williams (6 p.m.) and Doctor Who (7 p.m.) among the top offerings, capped by the popular Wizard World Drink & Draw (8:30-11 p.m.) and a paid meet and greet with Lee himself.
Saturday’s full day – and then some – kicks off with meet and greets with the original Green Power Ranger Jason David Frank (11 a.m.) and Lee (noon). The All-Star lineup continues with the “Lois & Clark” duo of Dean Cain and John Shea (1 p.m.), creators of St. Louis’ own “Voltron” comics and TV franchise, “Batman” guru Adams (2 p.m.), “Firefly” and “Homeland” star Morena Baccarin (2 p.m.), Lee’s general Q&A (3 p.m.), “The Fonz” Henry Winkler (4 p.m.) and Felton (5 p.m.). The Wizard World Adult Costume Contest (7-9 p.m.) and Official After Party (9 p.m. – 2 a.m.) at Copia (1122 Washington Ave.) close the day with a bang.
Sunday is Kids Day, with a slate of panels just for the 10-and-under set, including book readings by Brimstone (noon), how to make a cartoon by Voltron (1 p.m.), the impossibly cute Kids Costume Contest (2 p.m.) and Green Ranger Power Hour with Jason David Frank (3 p.m.). Adults needn’t feel left out, as Q&A’s featuring Holden (noon), Billy Dee Williams (1 p.m.) and the tandem of James Marsters and Juliet Landau (2 p.m.) highlight a full day of activity in the panel rooms. A power roundtable of four superstar artists, Rick Burchett, Tyler Kirkham, Jorge Molina and Samnee (1 p.m.), is a can’t-miss for comic fans.
Unless noted, programming events take place in the designated General Programming Rooms at America’s Center. Most are included as part of standard Wizard World St. Louis Comic Con admission; VIP tickets or additional costs may apply to ensure access to select activities, as noted.

Morial Convention Center. The top-flight Artist Alley complements a strong celebrity roster which includes comics legend Stan Lee and seven members of the “Star Trek: The Next Generation”) cast, headed by Sir Patrick Stewart.

NEW YORK and AUSTIN, Texas, October 19, 2012 – Wizard World today announced its most robust Austin Comic Con programming schedule ever, with a variety of sessions with top celebrities, superstar artists, industry insiders, evening parties, costume contests and dedicated kids activities, Oct. 26-28, 2012, at the Austin Convention Center. A once-in-a-generation special reunion of the cast of “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” individual Q&A’s with Patrick Stewart, Eliza Dushku andWWE® Superstar CM Punk® are among the more than 15 celebrity panels among the nearly 50 scheduled during the three days.
The evening entertainment includes the popular “Wizard World Drink & Draw” on Friday, Oct. 26, and “Wizard World Masquerade Party” on Saturday night.
Some of the more interesting panels include:
· Interactive celebrity Q&A’s with Stewart, Dushku, Punk, Dean Cain and Lou Ferrigno.
· Eight cast members of “Star Trek: TNG,” on stage for the first time in the U.S., including Stewart (Captain Picard),Jonathan Frakes (Commander William T. Riker), LeVar Burton (Lt. Commander Geordi La Forge), Michael Dorn(Lieutenant Worf), Marina Sirtis (Counselor Deanna Troi), Brent Spiner (Lt. Commander Data) and Gates McFadden (Dr. Beverly Crusher). This is an additional, paid event.
· “The Walking Dead” stars Norman Reedus, Michael Rooker and Jon Bernthal discuss the popular AMC show.
· “Star Trek: TNG” breakout sessions featuring the ladies (Sirtis, McFadden) and a selection of the men (Frakes, Burton, Spiner, Dorn) from the series.
· Creator spotlights with industry giants Neal Adams, Mike McKone, Bernie Wrightson, Humberto Ramos and more.
· Comprehensive discussions of a wide range of topics from vampires to series cancellations to webseries and more.
· Costume contests for adults (Saturday) and Kids (Sunday) for an early start to Halloween.
· Kids Day on Sunday, with a full slate of activities specially designed for the youngsters.
Unless noted, programming events take place in the designated General Programming Rooms (Ballroom FG, Ballroom E, Room 12AB) on the fourth floor of the Austin Convention Center. Many are included as part of standard Wizard World Austin Comic Con admission; VIP tickets or additional costs may apply to ensure access to select activities. Seating for panels is strictly limited and available on a first come first serve basis and each room will be cleared between panels.
