Stop by and meet the Spawn creator and McFarlane Toys CEO, Todd McFarlane, at his McFarlane store for an exclusive signing on Saturday, December 17th from 1 – 3 PM.

And if getting to meet McFarlane wasn’t awesome enough, the first 100 fans lined up at the door will receive a FREE Halo action figure! So be sure to arrive early for all the fun! Signing will be limited to two items per person.

While you are at the store, don’t forget to take a look around. You’ll find all the latest products from McFarlane Toys, from league-licensed NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL sports figures to the latest Halo series. You can also pick up the new Walking Dead TV Series 1 action figures inspired by the highly-acclaimed AMC television show, The Walking Dead!

The store also carries the season’s most recent collectible toys including Star Wars, Marvel, DC Universe, Justice League, Kill Bill, Dexter, Gears of War, Predator, Nintendo characters, Gremlins, Nightmare before Christmas, Pac Man, Bruce Lee, Lego Mini’s, urban vinyl and blind box figures, bobbleheads, and assorted plush from mainstream to urban.

Todd McFarlane and McFarlane Toys are New York City-bound with popular creative teams, exclusive previews of upcoming figures — and superb swag — for New York Comic Con 2011. On Friday, Oct 14 and Saturday, Oct 14, the company will have an extensive presence through panels, autograph signings, contests, giveaways and displays in Image Comics’ booth #1346.

Berkeley, CA – 10 May 2010 – Image Comics Founder and Partner Todd McFarlane is set to appear at Baltimore Comic-Con 2010 on Saturday, August 28, 2010. The creator of the groundbreaking comic book SPAWN will take part in signings and other events during the show.

“I’m thrilled to be able to participate in this year’s Baltimore Comic Con,” says McFarlane. “It’s good to know events still exist where comics are the main focus, instead of being swallowed up by competing entertainment such as movies and video games. From budding baseball player to comic book artist extraordinaire to family man, Spawn creator Todd McFarlane has a wealth of experience in the world of entertainment. McFarlane’s road trip to creative autonomy began when he accepted an assignment penciling for Marvel/Epic Comics in March 1984. From there, he worked his way to the top of the talent roster before leaving Marvel to help found Image Comics with six other artists. It was then that Todd introduced his own character, Spawn. In 1994, Todd founded McFarlane Toys. Over the years, the company has become one of the largest, most renowned toy manufacturers in the world.

Todd McFarlane at Comic-Con International

McFarlane Toys has announced that Todd himself will be in attendance at Comic-Con International: San Diego this July. In addition to participating in the Image Comics panel, Todd will be available for two signings.

We plan to have exclusive action figures, comics, artist signings, giveaways, panels, a first look at upcoming figure lines and the chance to meet the man himself: Todd McFarlane.
