ORLANDO, FL – Spooky Empire, founder of one of the most coveted and recognizable thriller conventions in the nation, is gearing up for an exciting mid-season convention on April 6 – 8, 2018 with new additions to their lineup of celebrity guests. Spooky Empire fans await a thrilling weekend at The Wyndham Orlando Resort with special guests from one of the most successful American film comedies of all time, Animal House, including Tim MathesonMark MetcalfPaul Riegert, and Martha Smith.

Liane Curtis joins Spooky Empire for the first time! Liane has starred as “Randy” in Sixteen Candles and as “Megan” in Critters 2, but she’s also starred in Girlfriend From Hell, Rock n Roll High School Forever, Wild Orchid II, 21 Jump Street, Benny & Joon, ER, Sons of Anarchy and many more

The one and only Vinnie Vincent joins Spooky Empire for a very rare appearance. Vinnie Vincent is best known as a former member of one of the greatest bands of all time, KISS. Vinnie performed on the albums “Lick It Up” and “Creatures of the Night” as well as wrote songs on “Revenge”

The cast and crew of Animal House including director John Landis, Tim Matheson, Peter Riegert, Bruce McGill, Mark Metcalf, Martha Smith, James Widdoes, and more appear at the Castro Theatre on Sunday January 21, 2018 4:00 PM to celebrate the 40th Anniversary with a screening of the film and Q&A.

TORONTO, March 8, 2011 – Wizard World Toronto Comic Con today announced its diverse programming schedule, featuring unique celebrity Q&A’s, parades, artist schools and more for the event, set for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 18-20 at the Direct Energy Centre.

Toronto Comic Con is the third stop on Wizard’s 2011 North American tour, which to date has 13 events scheduled. Hours are Friday, March 18, 4 p.m. – 9 p.m.; Saturday, March 19, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Sunday, March 20, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. Tickets are available in advance online at www.wizardworld.com/toronto.html at up to a 40% savings over tickets purchased at the door. Advance adult single-day tickets are $25 ($35 on site); three-day weekend tickets are $45 ($55 on site), and tickets are free for children age 10 and under when accompanied by a paid adult (limit two children per adult).
