Building on this April’s (21-22) Boston Comic Con, the show will feature an all-star collection of original art to be exhibited at the Gallery at Porter Mills in Beverly, MA.
A very special list of invitational artists include: Adam Miller, Haig Demarjian, Josh Morrissette, Joe Haley, Dave Ferriera, Greg Orfanos, and Michael Crockett, among hordes more of death denying contributors. ALSO! A large group of new artists previously unaffiliated with ZombieBomb! will be displaying their zombie inspired artwork in the gallery as well. Contributor Andrew Houle, series co-creator Adam Miller and gallery director Bea Modisett curate this exhibition.
Thursday, April 5th there will be a “soft opening” reception.
Then: the main event, The ZombieBombed! Artist Reception will be held Saturday, April 28th 4:00 – 8:00pm
Music for this massive undead art fest will be provided by DJ Noel Snow. ZBTV! film maker Tom Bennett will also be in house for the event, shooting footage for the next episode of ZBTV! Additionally, photographer Jesse Stansfield will have his “Photo Booth of Horrors” set up to document the night’s carnage (costumes are, of course, encouraged).
Finally, there will be a meet and greet with the men and woman behind the madness- a great opportunity to talk with the creators and have them sign your favorite issue of ZB! Merchandise and refreshments will be on hand, just waiting to be devoured.
Don’t miss out- this is THE zombie event of the year! Bring a friend, bring an enemy, bring a brain! BE THERE!
