George Feeny, KITT in Knight Rider, Dr. Mark Craig in St. Elsewhere, John Adams in 1776–his many roles on the screen as well as the stage have made him countless fans across several generations. With There I Go Again, Daniels guides readers through some of Hollywood’s most cherished productions, offering recollections of entertainment legends including Lauren Bacall, Warren Beatty, Kirk Douglas, Michael Douglas, Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Mike Nichols, Jason Robards, Barbra Streisand, and many more. He’ll be at the Strand to sign his delightful memoir of a life well lived, and to meet his many fans!

1. Mr. Daniels will sign one book per person, nothing else.
2. Book purchase is absolutely required to meet him. Children 12 and under can come with a guardian (one book for the pair).
3. Mr. Daniels will not sign memorabilia. We reserve the right to remove anyone who challenges this rule.

Celebrate 80 Years of Superman at Awesome Con 2018

Top illustrators, writers, and celebrities in the comics world will unite at Mid-Atlantic pop culture convention Awesome Con presented by LeftField Media, taking over Washington, D.C.’s Walter E. Washington Convention Center from March 30-April 1, 2018. Comics powerhouse DC Entertainment and other renowned publishers will present special programming like industry insider and celebrity-driven panels, share exclusive announcements, debut designs, and more at the show. Awesome Con is proud to mark its sixth year by working with comic book artist Patrick Zircher on the official show poster and original art in the con’s program guide, distributed to all show attendees.

Show attendees can look forward to programming celebrating eight decades of Superman, marking the icon’s 80th anniversary since debuting in April 1938 from DC. Fans will be able to attend events and interact with special guests Tom Welling and Michael Rosenbaum, who played Clark Kent and Lex Luthor in beloved television series “Smallville,” during the weekend. Kids attending Awesome Con will also receive special keepsake badges featuring official Superman artwork from acclaimed artist and DC Publisher Jim Lee specially commemorating the weekend. Creators from renowned publishers like DC will meet-and-greet with fans throughout the weekend at booths on the Awesome Con show floor, making it easier than ever to meet the makers behind some of the most beloved characters in pop culture.

Comic fans will love events like Past, Present & Future: The 80th Anniversary of Superman, a panel bringing together DC artist Greg Capullo and writer Scott Snyder and comic book artist and writer Dan Jurgens, alongside Tom Welling and Michael Rosenbaum to retrace the iconic character’s history and discuss what’s next for the Man of Steel.

The creative minds behind Batman comic miniseries “Dark Nights: Metal” come together at Awesome Con for a Batman Metal Q&A and Meet & Greet on Saturday, March 31. Artist Greg Capullo, writer Scott Snyder, and inker Jonathan Glapion host a private one-hour Q&A with attendees, who will each receive a color Greg Capullo Batman print, a black-and-white Greg Capullo Batman print, and an inked Batman variant comic book cover by Jonathan Glapion. The iconic trio of guests will sign the prints and comic cover along with up to five items per attendee. Batman Beyond’s Will Friedle Appears at Terrificon 2017

Will Friedle from Batman Beyond and Boy Meets World to Mohegan Sun on August 18-20, 2017!

Will Friedle is an actor best known for his comedic roles, most notably as underachieving elder brother Eric Matthews on the long-running TV sitcom Boy Meets World from 1993 to 2000. As the show was drawing to a close Will segued into voice acting, which has given him an opportunity to slip in and out of numerous superhero roles, including the now iconic role of Terry McGinnis/Batman in Batman Beyond.

Will can also be heard as Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes) in Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Nightwing in Justice League Unlimited: Animal Instincts and Batman Unlimited: Monster Mayhem; and Deadpool in Ultimate Spider-Man. To a generation of Disney fans, however, he’ll always be the beloved Ron Stoppable, sidekick to the brave Kim Possible. Will was also Lion-O in the rebooted ThunderCats animated series, Doyle in The Secret Saturdays; and Bumblebee in Transformers: Prime, Transformers Prime Beast Hunters: Predacons Rising and Transformers: Robots in Disguise.

In 2015, Will made a triumphant return to the role of (now Senator) Eric Matthews in the Disney Channel series Girl Meets World. He is also Star-Lord in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy animated series.

Daniels will sit down with playwright and Drama Book Shop Events Manager Steven Carl McCasland for an intimate conversation about his life on stage and off. The Tuesday, June 6th, 5:00pm discussion is free and open to the public.
