    FORBIDDEN PLANET is delighted to host a signing with Paul Cornell, Juliet E McKenna, Gareth L Powell and Justina Robson on Friday 21st October at the Forbidden Planet Megastore, Clifton Heights, Triangle West, Bristol BS8 1EJ.

    PAUL CORNELL is a writer of SF and fantasy in comics, prose and television, the only person to be Hugo Award nominated for all three media. His work includes Doctor Who, Action Comics and Captain Britain and MI-13. His first urban fantasy novel is out from Tor next year.

    Paul will be signing the graphic novel SUPERMAN: THE BLACK RING.

    JULIET E MCKENNA has been interested in fantasy stories since childhood, from Winnie the Pooh to The Iliad. This abiding fascination played its part in her reading Classics at St. Hilda’s College, Oxford. After combining bookselling and motherhood for a couple of years, she now fits in her writing around her family and vice versa. She lives with her husband and children in West Oxfordshire, England.

    Juliet will be signing the first novel of her new series THE HADRUMAL CRISIS: DANGEROUS WATERS.

    GARETH L POWELL is the author of the novels The Recollection and Silversands, and the acclaimed short story collection The Last Reef. He’s a regular contributor to Interzone and his work has appeared in a number of recent anthologies.

    Gareth will be signing THE RECOLLECTION.

    JUSTINA ROBSON was born and brought up in Leeds. She studied philosophy and linguistics before settling down to write in 1992. Her earlier novels, Silver Screen (1999) and Mappa Mundi (2001), were both shortlisted for the Arthur C. Clarke Award.
