    Boston Comic Con welcomes living legend STAN LEE for a rare New England appearance! Stan will be signing autographs and doing fan photo ops all day Saturday and all day Sunday. The shop is celebrating their third anniversary with a RED & BLACK party (21+) from 7:00 till midnight. The theme is Red & Black attire. It’s doesn’t have to be fancy, it just needs to incorporate those two colors, in honor of our guests’ amazing creation. Bonus points if you incorporate the B.P.R.D. symbol somewhere.

    Boston Comic Con has announced their initial guestlist for the 2015 convention. As always, the best and brightest stars of the comic industry.     Norwalk, CT, April 15, 2014: Dark Horse Comics, the renowned comics publisher, will have a major presence at the upcoming C2E2 which is organized by ReedPOP, the leading producer of pop culture events. ReedPOP officials note that in addition to a large booth centrally located on the show floor, Dark Horse plans to host three panels featuring Gail Simone, Art Baltazar, and Geoff Darrow, among other top talent who will also be appearing on panels and in the Dark Horse booth to greet fans. In addition, the publisher notes that it will have many giveaways, lots of free comics, and back to back free signings all day every day. Dark Horse Editor-in-Chief Scott Allie will host the panels and will lead discussion on a range of subjects sure to please the thousands of fans who annually attend the leading pop culture event. C2E2 will take place in Chicago, April 25 – 27 in the South Building at McCormick Place Convention Center.

    Boston Comic Con Returns in August 2014

    Boston Comic Con has announced its initial details for next year’s convention! Following the phenomenal success of the 2013 show, the 2014 convention will again be held in August at the Seaport World Trade Center on Boston’s historic waterfront. The promoters have added an additional day to the convention which is scheduled to run Friday August 8th till Sunday August 10th. Joining the festivities this year is an all-star list of comic creators including: Rafael Albuquerque, Tim Bradstreet, Amanda Conner, Mike Kunkel, Jorge Molina, Dustin Nguyen, Jimmy Palmiotti, Carlos Pacheco, Ramón Pérez, Esad Ribic, Gail Simone, Cat Staggs, and many more! Additionally, the first media guests have been announced: Torchwood’s Eve Myles and Spike himself, James Marsters!     Baltimore Comic Con Welcomes Kids Love Comics Pavilion for 2012!

    Kids 10 and under get in free with a ticketed adult at the 2012 Baltimore Comic-Con on September 8-9 at the Baltimore Convention Center– and there will be a ton of kid-friendly comics, as well as the artists and writers who make them! Creators from such companies as Pixar, Archie, Scholastic, Disney, Simon & Schuster, Marvel, and DC will be on hand to sketch, help teach young ones about the magic of comics through mini-how to’s through the weekend, and to just say “hi,” right at the Kids Love Comics Pavilion!
    Activities in this super cool section of the show include:
    * Interactive Comics Talks from some of All-Ages Comics top creators, such as Jimmy Gownley (Amelia Rules!), Franco (Tiny Titans), and Dan Parent (Archie)
