Welcome to the mind-bending new comic book series about a TV show where super-powered teens and 20-somethings are competing for the ultimate dream-prize: a guaranteed spot in that world’s top super-group, The Powered Protectors. The chance of winning offers fame, fortune, massive endorsement deals and, of course, a chance to actually save the world. Kids who dream of being worshipped as the next great, iconic hero would be falling all over themselves to get on – and hopefully even win – the show.

Fundraiser for Oliver Nome

DC/Aspen artist Oliver Nome (Flashpoint: Kid Flash, Kiani, DCU Online) needs to undergo surgery to remove a golf ball-sized tumor in his brain. As a freelancer, he has no health insurance and this procedure is sure to be quite expensive. For that reason his art rep and friend, Michael Alexandropoulos, and friend Ale Garza are starting a fundraiser for Oliver. Any artist that would like to donate a piece of art, a print, or even a signed comic may contact Mike (Mga1wars@aol.com) or Bob Shaw of Comic Art House (Bob@comicarthouse.com) for details.
