Press Release:
BOOM! Studios announces Booth, Talent, and Giveaways for Amazing Arizona Comic Con
January 17, 2014 – Los Angeles, CA – Award-winning comic book publisher BOOM! Studios announced today it will exhibit at the Amazing Arizona Comic Con, to be held during the weekend of Jan. 24-26 at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
BOOM! can be found at booths 501, 503, 600, and 602, and will host creators Paul Jenkins (DEATHMATCH, FAIRY QUEST, REVELATIONS) and Eric M. Esquivel (FREELANCERS, the upcoming LOKI: RAGNAROK AND ROLL), plus sketch artists Wook Jin Clark (ADVENTURE TIME: THE FLIP SIDE) and Missy Pena (BRAVEST WARRIORS). BOOM! Signature Series Pre-Order
New for 2014 at conventions, BOOM! announces the creation of the BOOM! Signature Series. The publisher understands it’s impossible for even its most die-hard fans to attend every convention the company exhibits at. In an effort to bring the con experience to their front door, BOOM!’s webstore will offer a new line of autographed merchandise for 2014 called the BOOM! Signature Series. The Signature Series section of the store offers product signed by talent attending conventions where BOOM! is exhibiting. Pre-orders are limited to just 30 quantities of each item and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Amazing Arizona Comic Con’s Signature Series items include: REVELATIONS #1 signed by writer Paul Jenkins ($14), BRAVEST WARRIORS #13 BOOM! Exclusive Variant signed by writer Eric M. Esquivel ($20), and ADVENTURE TIME: THE FLIP SIDE #1A ($14) and ADVENTURE TIME: THE FLIP SIDE #1 BOOM! Exclusive Variant ($20), both signed by series interior artist, Wook Jin Clark. Please allow up to one month after the convention’s end for order fulfillment. Click here to order your copies now!
