About This Convention
In partnership with SuperPowered Studios, Lowe Mill A&E is proud to present Huntsville Comic Convention. This excitingly fresh event spotlights the comic book and geek culture, and will welcome many guests from a wide range of popular culture genres. Additionally, this convention will feature many artist talks, gaming demos and events, a huge cosplay contest on Friday night, and a special Sailor Moon concert at the close of festivities on Saturday night featuring singer Jennifer Cihi, plus dozens of other exciting opportunities for all who attend.

Among the many things to do at the Huntsville Comic Convention, our event’s “dealer’s room” will be distributed throughout the Mill facility, giving everyone an opportunity to explore the Mill’s 148 working studios and 200 plus artists and makers alongside exciting new comics, gaming, and pop culture merchandise vendors.
Our media guests, such as actress Melissa “Hannah the Bicycle Girl Zombie” Cowan and comic book artists from Marvel and DC, will be available to sign autographs and answer questions from fans.
The entire facility will be open during the convention, and events and panels will be spread throughout the entire Mill, giving attendees the opportunity to explore this historic space for interesting finds and photo opportunities.
The list of events is continuously expanding. Check back often to see new additions! We’ll keep you updated as new guests and events are added.
If you’re looking for a unparalleled convention experience, look no further. The event takes place at the Nation’s largest privately owned arts facility — a 1901 cotton mill redeveloped into a vibrant arts center that is home to hundreds of artists, makers, and small businesses from across the globe. And it’s all located in Alabama’s geekiest city.
