The film opens in 1926 as Newt Scamander has just completed a global excursion to find and document an extraordinary array of magical creatures. Arriving in New York for a brief stopover, he might have come and gone without incident…were it not for a No-Maj (American for Muggle) named Jacob, a misplaced magical case, and the escape of some of Newt’s fantastic beasts, which could spell trouble for both the wizarding and No-Maj worlds.

The Emmy and Annie Award-winning actress is best known as the voice of spiky-headed underachiever Bart Simpson on Fox’s 27-year-iconic hit, The Simpsons. Nancy most recently has created a bronze portrait bust of Bart Simpson, which she gifted to FOX and to the University of Southern California (USC), School of Cinematic Arts. The Bartman sculpture is on permanent display in New York and a second Bartman sculpture is permanently installed in USC’s Cinematic Arts Complex, Steven Spielberg building.
The Chuck Jones Gallery, celebrating its 25th anniversary, represents the finest in the art of American Pop culture. It is also the only gallery in San Diego dedicated to the art of the animated film, representing not only the work of its namesake, four-time Academy Award recipient and legendary animation director and creator, Chuck Jones, but also art work by Dr. Seuss, and all animation studios.
