The Coolidge is thrilled to announce Academy Award-winning actress Julianne Moore as the next recipient of the Coolidge Award. She will appear on Thursday, April 25, 2019 for a screening of Gloria Bell and the award ceremony.
On Thursday evening Moore will participate in an onstage conversation, followed by the presentation of the Coolidge Award in the theater’s authentically restored Art Deco Moviehouse. That same day the Coolidge will also host an afternoon screening of the recently released and critically acclaimed Gloria Bell. Following the screening, Moore will participate in an audience Q&A. From the Chilean writer-director Sebastian Lelio, Gloria Bell features a vibrant performance from Moore opposite co-star John Turturro, and set to a spirited soundtrack of hit songs from the ‘70s and ‘80s.
