2nd Annual Marin Comics Fest Schedule

The second annual Marin Comics Fest begins this week! It features a series of free creator talks, demonstrations, and book signings at several venues around the county throughout the month of September.

This year’s guest lineup features Paige Braddock (Stinky Cecil), Lisa Brown (Goldfish Ghost), Nidhi Chanani (Pashmina), Svetlana Chmakova (Brave), Ben Costa and James Parks (Rickety Stitch), Alexis E. Fajardo (Kid Beowulf), Brian Fies (A Fire Story), Justin Greenwood and Landry Q. Walker (The Last Siege), Nomi Kane (The Nib), Ian Lendler (One Day Dot), Alex Schumacher (Decades of (in)Experience), and Judd Winick (Hilo).

Justin Greenwood and Landry Q. Walker – 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Blue Moon Comics (San Rafael)

Saturday, September 15
Nomi Kane – 11 a.m. to noon at the San Anselmo Public Library

Tuesday, September 18
Nidhi Chanani – 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the San Rafael Public Library

Thursday, September 20
Lisa Brown – 6 to 7 p.m. at the Civic Center Library (San Rafael)

Friday, September 21
Judd Winick – 4 to 5 p.m. at the San Anselmo Public Library

  • Regular museum admission required for this special presentation. Book signing attendance is free. Present a valid Marin County library card and receive free same-day admission to the museum galleries (one admission per card).
