Join us at Towson University in Towson, MD as The East Coast Black Age of Comics Convention, Incorporated (ECBACC, Inc.), the region’s premiere “Black Comic Book Convention”, facilitates the third Towson Black Comic Book Mini-Fest. ECBACC, Inc., a 501(c)(3) literacy, arts and education organization, hosts a late winter Black comic book mini-festival celebrating positive and innovative images of Black super-powered characters in comic books, graphic novels, and sci-fi. The organization has effectively served as a regional and national connector of comic book industry professionals and emerging artists from sketchbook artists to graphic novelists. A select few of those professionals have been invited to Towson University.

All are welcome to join Towson University and ECBACC, Inc. free of charge to experience the acclaimed ECBACC STARS Workshops, the innovative and seminal Comic Book and Superhero-Creation Workshops, panels of comic book professionals, and superhero costume play (cosplay).

The 3rd Towson Black Comic Book Mini-Fest will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Towson University’s College of Liberal Arts Building. Free admission for all ages!
