WA – An Evening with Anna Kendrick

0000_akendrick-booktourActress ANNA KENDRICK (Pitch Perfect, Up in the Air) appears on Monday, November 28, 2016 at 7:00 PM to present her new book: Scrappy Little Nobody! Tickets available at the link.

Few people possess a charming candor like Academy Award-nominated actress Anna Kendrick in her new collection of autobiographical essays, Scrappy Little Nobody. Sharing her observations of pop culture and stories from her life, including reviewing a binder full of butt doubles and her dual life as a middle-school student and Broadway performer, the star of Up in the Air and Pitch Perfect creates a picture of idiosyncratic Hollywood moments and captivatingly ordinary tales of a quirky girl. Experience Kendrick’s sharp wit in person at an author book discussion.

Born and raised in Portland, Maine, ANNA KENDRICK made her Broadway debut at the age of twelve for her Tony-nominated performance in the musical “High Society.” Since her Academy Award-nominated role as Natalie Keener in “Up in the Air,” she has made numerous theatrical appearances, including starring roles in Into the Woods and “The Twilight Saga” and “Pitch Perfect” film franchises. In 2013, she achieved musical success with the #2 Billboard hit song, “Cups (When I’m Gone),” featured in “Pitch Perfect.” Kendrick stars in “Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates,” in theaters now, and in upcoming films including “The Accountant,” “Trolls,” and “The Hollars.” She will reprise her role as Beca in “Pitch Perfect 3,” coming in 2017.
